Creative music and audio programs in Footscray
Sleepless Studios is a not-for-profit creative studio operated by registered charity Sleepless Footscray. We offer practical, participant-led programs for Autistic and other neurodivergent people, people with disability, and private clients.
What participants can explore

• Studio software and equipment
• Developing and completing a personal creative project
Programs are available one-to-one or in very small groups. No previous experience is required. Sessions are shaped around each participant’s interests, goals, communication preferences and preferred pace.
Before starting, we discuss sensory and access needs, breaks, session structure, support worker involvement and whether individual or small-group delivery is the best fit.
Sleepless Studios is a working music environment, so sound levels vary. Volume, pacing and other adjustments can be discussed during intake.
Access
The main studio is upstairs and stair-only. Some activities may be offered in a ground-floor space by prior arrangement, depending on the participant’s needs and the equipment required.
Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants are welcome.
