Offering sessions across Melbourne’s West & online across Australia, Chrissie specialises in individual & group Arts Therapy & Wellbeing sessions to support emotional wellbeing, personal growth & healing.
As an Arts Therapist, Chrissie’s practice grows from a belief that multimodal arts are the bridge between self, nature, community; & what is known & yet to be discovered.
Chrissie’s work is rooted in mindfulness, meditation, movement, sound, visual arts, & nature therapy to express what is felt & seen within each moment that you engage with the materials.
During Chrissie’s Arts Therapy sessions, participants are invited into a space where differences are celebrated, voices are honoured, & the unknown parts of self are brought into light. These sessions are a safe & open space where participants experience deeper self-awareness & growth.
Chrissie has a special interest & expertise in Disability Rights, Racial Trauma, Neurodiversity, & LGBTI+ communities; alongside over 20 yrs experience supporting all ages, in the areas of mental health, learning & development, creative therapies, advocacy, case management, community development, & social work. Chrissie has a lived experience of Neurodiversity & facilitates a free Neurodiverse Womens Circle.
