Breakthru

Breakthru is a dedicated not-for-profit organisation focused on supporting individuals with mental health challenges and disabilities throughout Australia. Established more than 25 years ago and operating as part of the Royal Rehab Group, an organisation with a 120-year history in disability and rehabilitation services, Breakthru has grown into a well-established provider of disability and employment support, delivering programs across NSW, QLD and VIC.

With a commitment to fostering inclusive communities, Breakthru offers a wide range of services aimed at enhancing independence, social engagement and personal development. These include NDIS Supported Independent Living and Specialist Disability Accommodation for people with complex home and living needs, Social and Community Participation programs, NDIS Music Therapy, School Leaver Employment Supports and Family Mental Health Support Services for children, teenagers and families. As a registered NDIS provider and an Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA Sydney and IEA Brisbane) provider, Breakthru connects people with a disability to prospective employers, helping them find and keep meaningful work, and supports more than two and a half thousand customers each year across its NDIS, employment and mental health services.

As a registered charity, Breakthru’s approach prioritises dignity, respect and choice, empowering individuals to shape their own futures through advocacy, innovative programs and community partnerships.
