ACDCForYou – Launch Into Design (Creative Digital Design Pathway for Autistic Youth) Launch Into Design is a national, strengths‑based digital design and creative media program for autistic and neurodivergent NDIS participants aged 16–30+. Delivered virtually one day per week (11am–3pm), the program provides a predictable, identity‑affirming space to build skills in illustration, animation, digital art, branding, storytelling and creative production.
Ideal for autistic creatives including writers, artists, illustrators, designers, avatar creators, animators, photographers, videographers, singers, dancers, performers and content creators. Participants receive step‑by‑step instruction, visual supports, executive functioning scaffolding and flexible pacing.
Sessions are facilitated by specialised employment coaches in low‑sensory, calm environments with clear communication, visual routines, small groups, reduced noise and options for movement breaks. Our supported employment stream offers real creative work opportunities through the ACDCForYou Digital Design & Arts Team.
Supported Employment: 4 or 6 hours per week, Arts, Design & Marketing Stream, SCHADS Level 1 ppt 1 $27.55ph + super + accrued leave, Accredited certificates in Digital Design available (fully funded) this includes Secondary VET or similar education and employment programs ages 16 – 18 and SLES funded participants.
