As Support Coordinator, I nurture clients and families through assessments and diagnosis, empower client choice and control to build a multidisciplinary team of supports, and strengthen relationships within the community. I work with parents to build confidence in navigating the maze of NDIS supports and processes. I value a transparent approach between Care Team members as this leads to optimal goal progression and increased independence for the child. I aim to provide the support I wished for when fumbling through the NDIS system many years ago.
