The Bridge Effect by Child Development Institute

The Bridge Effect (formerly Child Development Institute) is a paediatric allied health clinic in Northmead, Western Sydney, supporting children aged 0-16 with speech therapy, occupational therapy, and diagnostic assessments, including autism and ADHD assessments.

Our clinicians take a family-centred, strengths-based approach to help children build communication, sensory, motor, and social skills at their own pace. We offer assistive technology and communication supports (including AAC) alongside individual therapy sessions and small-group school holiday programs focused on social skills.

We support NDIS self-managed and plan-managed families, and Medicare and private health insurance rebates may also apply. Whether your family is exploring an autism or looking for ongoing speech and occupational therapy support, our team works alongside you and your child to set goals that matter to your family.
