I’m Francesca, a late-diagnosed AuDHD (Autistic + ADHD) Developmental Education practitioner with a background in psychology, early childhood education, behaviour support, and disability support.
I founded NeuroConnections to provide personalised, neuroaffirming support for autistic, ADHD, and otherwise neurodivergent people across the lifespan. My work is grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach that values autonomy, identity, and individual lived experience. I support people to better understand their neurodivergent brains, develop practical strategies that fit their daily lives, and navigate challenges across home, education, work, relationships, and community settings.
My practice draws on current research in neuroscience and nervous system regulation, alongside disability justice, intersectionality, and the lived experiences of neurodivergent communities. I also collaborate with allied health professionals, provide education and training, and advocate for inclusive, affirming support practices.
NeuroConnections is an LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally inclusive service that welcomes people of all genders, sexualities, cultures, languages, and backgrounds.
My goal is to create a space where people feel safe, respected, understood, and empowered to thrive in ways that are meaningful to them.
