We are dedicated to providing opportunities for Autistic kids to build social networks and try new experiences in a safe environment. By creating a space that is supportive of the needs of Autistic kids, we take some of the stress out of negotiating social situations. With some of those stresses reduced, the kids are free to have fun in the space and learn their own tools for navigating relationships.
Youth Groups
Spectrum Connect has two locations offering weekly youth groups. Meetings happen from 4pm to 5:30pm during school term time. Meetings are for Autistic and Neuro-Diverse children aged 7 to 13 years.
Tuesday afternoons @ Fulham Community Centre
Located at 19 Fitch Rd, Fulham
Wednesday afternoons @ Byards Community Centre
Located at 37 Byards Rd, Happy Valley
Both halls offer large spaces which we are able to divide into 4 separate functional areas. We have space for high energy activities, quiet time outs, artistic/cooperative play and, of course, space for our special entertainment which is different each week.
