Our Vision
Help You Cope was born from personal adversity. The founder Joline’s encounter with her child’s autism diagnosis initially left her feeling lost and unsupported. Navigating the maze of emotions and scarce resources, she vowed to change this narrative for others. What started as a local mothers’ group in South West Sydney has now blossomed into a non-profit charity providing a variety of supports for carers.
