You might wonder why we work with horses. Horses offer emotional and physical regulation, help us stay in the present moment and support awareness of self and others. They also offer a safe relationship and an alternative to room-based therapy, which is appealing to our young clients.
At Edenhope Integrated Psychotherapy, we offer individual and group equine assisted learning programs for children and teens, capacity building and psycho-social support for NDIS clients, and relationship building such as a parent/child session.
We are based on a tranquil 18-acre property in Gembrook, with a supportive team of horses, sheep, alpacas, and doggies. We also provide counselling and equine assisted psychotherapy services by certified and experienced practitioners.
