Connecting Minds

I am a support coordinator and I primarily work with children, teenages and young adults with Austism and mental health. I have extensive background in disability, mental health and employment services. I am a very passionate and caring person wanting to make a difference and assist participants improve their quality of life and help them achieve their goals.
