Community Health and NDIS Disability Service Provider

We provide a wide range of allied health services including child development, chronic disease nursing, counselling, dementia support, dental, dietetics, drug & alcohol services, group exercise & social activities, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and podiatry.

Services are available face-to-face (with COVID-safe measures in place) or via Telehealth (phone or video consultation). We offer free and low-cost services for Healthcare and Pension Card holders.

NDIS Day Support Programs also are also available at Parkdale and our three other centres across Kingston. Additionally, we offer disability support in the community, 1:1 support at home and tailored online programs. NDIS Support Coordination is also available.
