Belinda uses a humanistic and a child-centred play therapy approach when supporting families and children. She offers a warm, trusting and safe therapeutic space that allows children to use play as a means to communicate and work through any challenges. Belinda can support children with communication and social developmental challenges, anxiety disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), phobias, adjustment disorders, ADHD and depression.
